Catherine (“Katie”) McClenahan is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Capital Markets Group.
Ms. McClenahan joined Debevoise in 2026. Ms. McClenahan received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2026, where she was an annual review executive editor of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. She received a B.A. with honors from Brown University in 2021.
Ms. McClenahan is the author of "Sexual Violence in Warfare: Using Theory to Inform Practice, From the Sabines to the ICTY and the ICC" 27(1) Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law Online (2025).
