    • TPG as lead investor in a continuation fund sponsored by KKR.
    • Fubon Life Insurance in the c.$790 million sale of eleven LP interests in private and infrastructure funds to Pantheon Ventures and Coller Capital.
    • EQT Asia (formerly Baring Private Equity Asia) in the formation of BPEA Mid-Market Fund, a $1.6 billion Asia mid-market buyout fund.
