Charlie Stephens is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Mr. Stephens joined Debevoise in 2024. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Tax Law Review. Mr. Stephens received his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2016.
