Clara Lacey is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Ms. Lacey joined Debevoise in 2026. She received a J.D. with high honors from Columbia Law School in 2026 and was awarded the Carrol G. Harper Prize for excellence in intellectual property. Ms. Lacey graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. from Tulane University in 2021.
