Célia Aïssou is an international lawyer in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group.
Ms. Aïssou joined Debevoise in 2026. She received an LL.M from Harvard Law School, where she was a Lurcy and Arthus Sachs Scholar. During her time at Harvard, Ms. Aïssou participated in the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Court, where her team won honorable mentions in all categories. In addition to receiving a licence de droit magna cum laude from Université Paris Panthéon Assas, Ms. Aïssou graduated from the Magistère Juriste d’Affaire cum laude and from the Collège de droit with summa cum laude.
Ms. Aïssou is fluent in French.
