Daihui Meng is an international associate based in the Shanghai office and is a member of the Investment Funds and Investment Management Group. 

Mr. Meng has broad transactional experience spanning private funds, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging technologies. He has advised fund clients on venture and growth-stage investments, portfolio company financings, and M&A exits across a range of industries. Mr. Meng also has experience representing clients in the Web3 and blockchain space on matters including corporate structuring, token issuance and financing, and token launches.

Mr. Meng received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2021, where he was awarded the Harlan Fiske Stone Award, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Carleton College in 2018, where he double majored in Philosophy and Studio Art. He is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.

Mr. Meng is a native Mandarin speaker and he is fluent in English.
