Daniel P. Langley is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Management and Private Fund Transactions Groups. Mr. Langley helps sponsors and investors navigate private fund secondaries and other bespoke liquidity solutions, including LP portfolio sales, continuation vehicles and preferred equity financings. He also advises asset managers on the formation and operation of funds across an array of alternative asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, growth equity, credit, hedge, real estate and sports.Mr. Langley joined Debevoise in 2026. Prior to joining Debevoise, he practiced in the private funds group at another international law firm, where he represented a broad range of domestic and international investment managers.Mr. Langley received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2016 and his B.A. from Davidson College in 2010.
