Danielle Berns (“Dani”) is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. Berns received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2022, where she was a Business Law Scholar. She received a B.A. with honors from Washington University in St. Louis in 2016. Prior to law school, Ms. Berns worked as an Associate in the Equity Derivatives Group at J.P. Morgan.
