Danielle Ramsay is a corporate law clerk and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Ramsay joined Debevoise in 2025. Ms. Ramsay received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2025, where she served as a managing editor of the Virginia Law Review and the Virginia Law & Business Review. 

She received her M.A.T. in Early Childhood Education from National Louis University in 2021 and her B.A. with honors from Dartmouth College in 2019.
