Daniel Randazzo is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group.

Mr. Randazzo joined Debevoise in 2019. Mr. Randazzo received his J.D. summa cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in 2019, where he was a notes & comments editor of the St. John’s Law Review and received the Joseph Kerzner Prize (Valedictorian). He received a B.A. summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2016.

He is the author of “Evaluating New York’s Notice of Claim Requirements: Why Naming Individual Municipal Employees Is Not Essential,” 92.2 St. John’s Law Review 361 (2018).
