Daria Serebrova is an associate in the London office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on Russian and international financing transactions, including leveraged finance, structured finance, restructurings and derivatives, project finance and asset finance, and capital markets, as well as general corporate law and regulatory matters. Ms. Serebrova also has significant pro bono work experience.

Ms. Serebrova joined the firm in 2010, prior to which she worked for a leading Russian law firm.

Ms. Serebrova graduated with honours from the Moscow State University, Faculty of Law in 2009, and obtained a Master of Science in Law from the Russian School of Private Law (Institute) of the Russian Federation government in 2012.

The Legal 500 EMEA (2021) recommends Ms. Serebrova for her banking and finance practice, describing her as “a highly professional and reliable lawyer.” She is also ranked as a leading lawyer by Pravo.ru-300 (2021).

Ms. Serebrova is the co-author of The Global Directors and Officers Deskbook (Russian Chapter), the American Bar Association (September, 2014) and Zurich’s Global Guide to Directors’ and Officers’ issues around the world 2013.

Ms. Serebrova is qualified to practice Russian law. She is fluent in Russian and English.

She is currently on secondment with a firm client.
