David Barenholtz is an associate in the Litigation Department. 

Mr. Barenholtz joined Debevoise in 2024. He received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2024. Mr. Barenholtz was awarded the Ann Petluck Poses Memorial Prize for his work in NYU’s Civil Litigation-Employment Law Clinic. He also completed semester externships at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Barenholtz received his B.A. summa cum laude from Tulane University in 2014.

Prior to law school, Mr. Barenholtz served as an officer in the United States Army.
