Diana Lee is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Ms. Lee joined Debevoise in 2025 from another large international law firm.

Ms. Lee received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2023, where she was the co-editor-in-chief of the Asian American Law Journal. Ms. Lee externed for the Hon. Edward M. Chen in the Northern District of California. Ms. Lee received her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2017, cum laude, where she was a James Scholar. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Lee was a case administrator and pro se clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Ms. Lee is a member of the Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the Northern District of California.
