Diana Moise is an associate in the London office and a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and public international law. Ms Moise assisted in investment and commercial arbitration disputes across a range of sectors including financial services and pharmaceuticals, under the auspices of ICSID, ICC and LCIA.

Ms. Moise joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2019 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2021. Prior to joining Debevoise, she interned at several international law firms in London. Ms. Moise is also a research assistant at the Faculty of Laws at University College London.

Ms. Moise is a co-author of “Biodiversity – A New Frontier for Business,” ICC Trade For Prosperity (2024); “Establishing a branch under AIFMD and MiFID,” Thomson Reuters Practical Law (September, 2021); “Dynamic synergies between China’s Belt and Road Initiative and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals”, J Int Bus Policy (2021); “One Belt One Road Roadmaps: The Legal and Policy Frameworks”, TDM 3 (2017) and “One Belt, One Road, One World: Where is US Business Connectivity?” in Zhang et al. She also published articles on “Future of Investment Arbitration for EU Member States”, Romanian Arbitration Journal (2020); “Investor State Dispute Settlement loses popularity” and “One-Belt-One-Road by Sea”, International Law Gazette (2017).

Ms. Moise graduated from University College London with an LL.M. in 2015 and West University of Timisoara with a degree in law in 2014. She subsequently completed the GDL at BPP Law School and LPC at University of Law.

She is a native Romanian speaker and has working knowledge of French.
