Diana Moise is an associate in the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice focuses on international arbitration, public international law and ESG. Ms Moise represents corporates and States in investment and commercial arbitration disputes across a range of sectors including energy, financial services and pharmaceuticals, under the auspices of ICSID, ICC and LCIA. Ms Moise also advises multinationals, not-for profit organisations and institutions on a range of sustainability and governance issues. 

Ms. Moise is a co-author of “Biodiversity – A New Frontier for Business,” ICC Trade For Prosperity (2024); “Establishing a branch under AIFMD and MiFID,” Thomson Reuters Practical Law (September, 2021); “Dynamic synergies between China’s Belt and Road Initiative and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals”, J Int Bus Policy (2021); “One Belt One Road Roadmaps: The Legal and Policy Frameworks”, TDM 3 (2017) and “One Belt, One Road, One World: Where is US Business Connectivity?” in Zhang et al. She also published articles on “Future of Investment Arbitration for EU Member States”, Romanian Arbitration Journal (2020); “Investor State Dispute Settlement loses popularity” and “One-Belt-One-Road by Sea”, International Law Gazette (2017).

Ms. Moise joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2019 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2021. She graduated from University College London with an LL.M. in 2015 and West University of Timisoara with a degree in law in 2014. She subsequently completed the GDL at BPP Law School and LPC at University of Law.
