Dmitry Karamyslov is an international counsel based in the London office and a member of the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and asset finance.

Mr. Karamyslov has extensive experience in aircraft financing transactions, mainly involving the Russian aviation market, including operating and finance leases, aircraft acquisitions, secured finance, maintenance and repair, and other complex cross-border structured aircraft finance transactions. He has also advised on a broad range of issues regarding the acquisition, financing and operation of business jets, as well as structuring issues such as aircraft registration, regulatory and tax aspects.
Mr. Karamyslov also advises on various types of corporate finance facilities, including margin loans, pre-export facilities, asset-backed financing and derivatives transactions. In addition, Mr. Karamyslov has experience in the areas of general corporate law, M&A and capital markets, including offerings at the LSE and AIM as well as bond issuances.

Mr. Karamyslov joined the firm in 2003 and worked as a legal assistant prior to completing his legal studies. Mr. Karamyslov graduated with honours from the Moscow State Academy of Law in 2004.
