Dominic O’Leary is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Insurance and Financial Institutions Groups.

Mr. O’Leary joined Debevoise as a trainee associate in 2024 and completed his training in the London office. Mr. O’Leary graduated from the University of Edinburgh with First Class Honours in 2015, after which he attended Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served for five years as an infantry officer in the British Army. He went on to earn distinctions in both his PGDL and LL.M, from BPP University and the University of Law respectively, and completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) in 2024.

Mr. O’Leary was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2026.
