Douglas Hirn is a tax counsel and a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation & Benefits Group.
Mr. Hirn joined Debevoise in 2014. He received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2014, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business in 2007, and a B.A. from The Ohio State University in 1999.
