Eddie Matzner is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Management and Private Fund Transactions Groups. His practice focuses on the representation of clients in connection with secondary transactions, co-investment opportunities, and anchor and seed investments.
Mr. Matzner joined Debevoise in 2024. Prior to joining Debevoise, he worked as a corporate associate in the business transactions group of a nationally recognized law firm. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2018, where he was an associate editor of the Cardozo Law Review, a Dean’s Distinguished Scholar all three years and admitted to the Order of the Coif. He received a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University 2015.
