Eleanor Neilson is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Neilson joined Debevoise in 2024. Ms. Neilson received a J.D. and an LL.M. cum laude in International & Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law in 2024. She served as managing editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law. Ms. Neilson received a B.A. cum laude with highest honors from Vanderbilt University in 2020, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  

Ms. Neilson is proficient in Spanish.
