Emily Dillman is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Ms. Dillman joined Debevoise in 2026. Ms. Dillman received her J.D. magna cum laude from New York Law School in 2026, where she served as development editor of the New York Law School Law Review and a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council. Ms. Dillman received her B.A. magna cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2023.
