Emily DuChene is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. DuChene joined Debevoise in 2025. Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jane A. Restani of the United States Court of International Trade.

Ms. DuChene received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2024. While at Michigan, she served as an articles editor on the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. She received a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2019, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
