Emily L. Morgan is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Commercial Litigation Group.
Ms. Morgan joined Debevoise in 2022. From 2024 to 2025, she clerked for the Hon. Michael A. Shipp of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She received her J.D. summa cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was the valedictorian and a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Morgan served as the executive editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and as a competitor on the Interscholastic Moot Court Board. She received a B.B.A. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2016.
Ms. Morgan is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
