Ms. Chen received her PCLL from the City University of Hong Kong in 2020 and her LLB (Hons) from Australian National University in 2018 and was the editor of the Federal Law Review.Ms. Chen is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong and New South Wales. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
