Eric Halliday is an associate in the Litigation Department.
Mr. Halliday joined Debevoise in 2021. From 2023 to 2024, he clerked for the Hon. Jerome A. Holmes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. From 2024 to 2025, he clerked for the Hon. Vincent L. Briccetti of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Halliday received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2021, where he was an editor-in-chief of the Harvard National Security Journal. He received a B.A. from Tufts University in 2016.
