Erik J. Andrén is a partner and member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups. He advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and boards on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, take-privates, carve-outs, and joint ventures.

His private equity work spans platform acquisitions, add-ons, and exits, while his strategic experience includes public company M&A and corporate governance, including special committee matters. Mr. Andrén advises clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including healthcare, media & entertainment, industrials, and technology.

Mr. Andrén joined Debevoise in 2016. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2016, where he was an articles editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business. Mr. Andrén received his B.Sc. from Stockholm School of Economics in 2013. He is fluent in Swedish.
