Evan M. Raskin is a corporate associate and a member of the Restructuring Group.

Mr. Raskin joined Debevoise in 2026. Mr. Raskin received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2023, where he was a senior editor for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. He received a B.A. with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014. Prior to joining Debevoise, Mr. Raskin was a restructuring associate at a large international law firm. Prior to law school, Mr. Raskin worked in management consulting and taught high school special education as a Teach For America corps member.

Mr. Raskin is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to appear before the Southern District of New York.
