Flora Li is a corporate law clerk in the Restructuring Group.

Ms. Li joined Debevoise in 2025. Ms. Li received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2025, where she was a recipient of the Parker School Recognition of Achievement in International and Comparative Law and a staff editor of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. She received a Certificate in Global Business Law & Governance from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Sciences Po, and Columbia Law School in 2025. Ms. Li received an A.B. from Harvard University in 2019. 

Ms. Li is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
