Grace Huang is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Ms. Huang joined Debevoise in 2024. She received a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law magna cum laude in 2024, where she received the ALI-ABA Scholarship and Leadership Award. She was an associate editor for the Cardozo Law Review and is a member of Order of the Coif. Grace received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2021.
