Harriet McRae is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, specialising in employment law. Ms. McRae joined Debevoise in 2025, having previously worked at leading law firms in London and Scotland. She graduated from the University of Aberdeen with first class honours in law, LL.B, in 2014 and completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow in 2015. Ms. McRae was admitted as a solicitor (Scottish qualified) in 2017.
