Helen Fan is a corporate law clerk and a member in the Mergers & Acquisition Group.

Ms. Fan joined Debevoise in 2025. She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2025, where she was a senior editor of the Journal of Business Law, and served as the lead Co-Chair for the Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference (’23-‘25). She received her B.S. magna cum laude from Cornell University in 2019.

Prior to law school, she worked as a human capital consultant for a business consulting and services firm and was an HR strategist at a leading multinational finance corporation.
