Hillary Hubley is a litigation associate and a member of the firm’s White Collar and Regulatory Defense and International Dispute Resolution Groups.

Ms. Hubley was previously a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group where she focused on sanctions and anti-money laundering matters.

Ms. Hubley joined Debevoise in 2021. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2021, where she was named a James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and received the Parker School Certificate for Achievement in International and Comparative Law. Ms. Hubley received an LL.M., cum laude, in International Criminal Law from the University of Amsterdam in 2021, and a B.S., cum laude, from Northwestern University in 2015. Ms. Hubley is the author of Bad Speech, Good Evidence: Content Moderation in the Context of Open-Source Investigations, International Criminal Law Review (2022).
