HongDa Wang is a registered foreign lawyer (New York) and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds and Investment Management Group.
Mr. Wang received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2018, where he was an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Asian Law Review. Mr. Wang received a B.S. from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2012.
Mr. Wang joined Debevoise in 2021 from another leading international law firm where he represented leading global alternative asset managers in the formation and ongoing governance of private equity funds. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
Mr. Wang is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker.
