- Assured Guaranty in its approximately $158 million acquisition of Warwick Re Limited, a Bermuda-based life and annuity reinsurer.
- Rothesay Life Plc in three longevity swap transactions worth £4.8 billion with Lloyds Banking Group Pension Trustees.
