Indira Rivera is a law clerk in the Litigation Department.

Ms. Rivera joined Debevoise in 2025. Ms. Rivera received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and LL.M in Human Rights from University College London in 2025. At Columbia Law School, Ms. Rivera was a joint staffer on the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and A Jailhouse Lawyer’s Manual. She also externed at the United States Mission to the United Nations. She received a B.A. summa cum laude from Trinity College in 2021.

Ms. Rivera is one of the authors of "Towards a New Age for Community Safety," The National Urban League (2023).
