Ms. Lion, a corporate partner and member of the Global Insurance practice will speak at the event, and participate in the webcast entitled,“Understanding the NAIC’s Corporate Governance Model Law and Regulation in 2015.”

Ms. Lion, based in New York, focuses her practice on corporate transactions in the insurance industry, including mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, as well as insurance and reinsurance regulatory matters.

Ms. Lion is the editor, and a co-author, of the Insurance and Investment Management M&A Deskbook (Practising Law Institute, 2015).
