African Insurance M&A Roundtable Discussion

For this roundtable seminar a group of leading transactional lawyers in African insurance M&A, including Rosa Nduati-Mutero from Anjarwalla & Khanna in Kenya, Gbolahan Elias from G Elias & Co in Nigeria, and Francisco Khoza from Bowman Gilfillan in South Africa, will join us in examining the current state of insurance mergers and acquisitions in Africa.
