Getting The Deal Through
Although they are not a new concept by any means, public-private partnerships (PPPs) have gained particular prominence in the past five to eight years. Traditionally, PPPs and the regulation applicable to them have been studied under the mantle of project finance. The publication of this, the first volume of the Getting the Deal Through series dedicated exclusively to PPPs, is an indication of the ever-growing interest in PPPs as important public, commercial and legal tools in and of themselves.
