Brexit: Where Do We Go From Here?

Since Article 50 has been triggered, businesses in the UK have been operating in a climate of significant uncertainty.
The government has now clarified that it will be seeking to negotiate a two-year implementation period and that post Brexit regulation will begin from a position of convergence.
Whilst these articulated positions are welcome, businesses should continue to strategically review all risks, including the possibility that there may be no clear deal with the EU on exit.
