Samantha Rowe, Nelson Goh, and Mark McCloskey in the firm’s London office, have contributed to the latest edition of the European Investment Law and Arbitration Review, co-published by European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration and Queen Mary University London.  Ms. Rowe and Mr. Goh are on the editorial board of the publication, while Mr. McCloskey sits on the editorial committee.

As well as their editorial responsibilities, Ms. Rowe and Mr. Goh have contributed a chapter to the review, focusing on resolving perceived norm conflict in investor-State dispute settlement through principles of treaty interpretation.
