View Debevoise Update
In recent days, the European Union, United Kingdom and United States have announced new sanctions against Russia in response to actions in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
These include embargoes of the breakaway territories newly recognized by Russia and targeted sanctions against Russian entities and individuals.
Companies conducting business in Russia or with Russian counterparties should continue to assess their potential exposure as Russian forces advance further into Ukraine and western authorities adopt additional sanctions.
