Itzaes Flores is a law clerk in the firm’s Tax Department and a member of the Executive Compensation & Benefits Group. 

Mr. Flores joined Debevoise in 2025. Mr. Flores received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2025. He received a B.A. cum laude from California State University, Sacramento in 2021.
