Jackson Slaughter is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Management and Private Fund Transactions Groups. His practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors, secondary investors and institutional limited partners on a variety of private equity-focused investment strategies and secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles, LP portfolio sales, co-investment transactions and other complex liquidity solutions.

Mr. Slaughter received his J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2023 where he was a member of the Journal of International Law and Business. He earned a B.S. from Boston College in 2019.  

Mr. Slaughter is admitted to the bar in New York.
