James Stramm is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Stramm joined Debevoise in 2022. From 2021 to 2022 he clerked for the Hon. Samuel H. Mays, Jr. for the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Stramm received a J.D. from Harvard Law School cum laude in 2021. He served as an editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology and received the Irving Oberman Memorial prize in intellectual property. He earned a B.A. with distinction from The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2016. 

Mr. Stramm is the author of Responding to the Digital Health Revolution, 28 Rich. J.L. & Tech. 86 (2021).
