Jimmy Sullivan is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Sullivan joined Debevoise in 2025. Mr. Sullivan received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2025, where he received Highest Honors and served as the executive editor of the Columbia Journal of European Law. He received an A.B. magna cum laude from Dartmouth College, where he was named a Rufus Choate Scholar, in 2019.
