Jason Bach is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Bach joined Debevoise in 2025. Mr. Bach received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2025, where he served as a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Bach received his Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. Mr. Bach received his B.A. magna cum laude from Brooklyn College in 2018, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
