Jaylene Yi is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. 

Ms. Yi joined Debevoise in 2025. Ms. Yi received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2025, where she was the executive director of the Moot Court Executive Board and staff editor of the Columbia Journal of Tax Law. She received a B.A. with honors from Johns Hopkins University in 2020.

Ms. Yi is fluent in Korean.
