Johan Rodriguez Fonseca is an international disputes support lawyer in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Rodriguez Fonseca joined Debevoise in 2024. Prior to that, he worked in the dispute resolution departments of international law firms in Paris and Bogota.

Mr. Rodriguez Fonseca received an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2024, where he attended on a full merit-based scholarship and served as President of his class. He earned his LL.B. from Universidad Nacional de Colombia in 2019 on a full merit-based scholarship, graduating third in his class. During his LL.B., he received numerous Dean’s Awards in recognition of his outstanding results in six moot court competitions across the Americas and Europe.

Mr. Rodriguez Fonseca is admitted to practice in Colombia. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
