John Simmons is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. 

Mr. Simmons joined Debevoise in 2024. Mr. Simmons received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2024, where he was a member of The Virginia Law & Business Review. Mr. Simmons received his B.A. from Duke University in 2021.
