Josh Goland is an associate in the Litigation Department. 

Mr. Goland joined Debevoise in 2023. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2023, where he was an articles editor of the Virginia Law and Business Review. He received a B.S. from New York University in 2020.

Mr. Goland is the author of “Algorithmic Disgorgement: Destruction of Artificial Intelligence Models as the FTC's Newest Enforcement Tool for Bad Data,” 29 Richmond Journal of Law and Technology 1 (2023).
