Juan Pablo Rodriguez Maza is an international lawyer in the Litigation Department and a member of the International Dispute Resolution Group.
Mr. Rodriguez Maza joined Debevoise in 2026. He received an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where he was part of the Executive Board of the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association. From 2018 to 2025, he practiced at a boutique law firm in Mexico City specializing in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Mr. Rodriguez Maza is co-author of numerous articles, including: “Mexico: The Aftermath of the Lion Award,” Global Arbitration Review (July, 2023) and “Standards of Proof for Estimating Damages in Civil Law,” Global Arbitration Review (September, 2025). He is a native Spanish speaker.
